Computer specks: Intel (R) Core (TM) Ultra 7 155U16 Gigs of RAMIntel (R) GraphicsThis should be the right amount of prosessing power to genarate whole/parts of an image.Is there a fix for that?

Hello all,

16 Gigs of RAM
Intel (R) Graphics

This should be the right amount of prosessing power to genarate whole/parts of an image.

Is there a fix for that?

Hello @Sameer K , Yes my account is mangaed my an oganasation. The only thing is that it used to work and then when iI updated Photoshop, it randomly stoped.

I will try the online verson.

Is this a personal machine, or does an IT team manage the device? If yes, ensure all the Adobe Network endpoints are whitelisted: https://adobe.ly/4iKsXwk

You can try using Photoshop Web (https://adobe.ly/3WkhVFm) on an alternate device & internet network to rule out it is a network issue.
