Question

AI refers to the rules, although these are not affected

Very often I experience when a person (not naked) is in the picture with e.g. free shoulders and I want to optimize the background (remove person, fill background, etc.) the AI function is blocked and refers to the fact that I am violating the rules.
As a portrait photographer, I fail with almost every 2nd picture because of these rules, just because a person is depicted. Since the existence of AI, I have been giving feedback with the AI masks shown outside the people, but for a year now nothing has changed or AI is getting better when it comes to recognizing changes IN people or BEHIND people.
When will it get better

Hi @Peterulimax, thanks for reaching out to the Photoshop Community! Currently, the AI is designed to adhere to strict guidelines to prevent misuse, sometimes resulting in false positives, especially with images containing people. We have made recent updates, such as in Photoshop on the iPhone, to improve AI masking and retouching capabilities, allowing for more precise edits on individual people. Would you be able to send some screen recordings of the issue you're experiencing? Along with your system info so we can try replicating it? You can find this by going to Help > System Info, copying and pasting it into a text file, and attaching it here. Thanks! ^CH
