All the tools Bar the top frozen after using the liquefy tool more than two times so I have to completely restart the program but it doesn't help and happens again.

I have MacBook Pro 15-inch 2019

Graphics Intel UHD Graphics 630 1536 MB

Memory 16 Gb 2400 MHz DDR4

macOS Srquoia 15.4

photoshop - latest version

I've been told I have to replace my Mac with the newer version - but this is not exciting! 

How to fix it? I am properly paying for my Photography account and cannot switch my computer as it is still in perfect condition!
