All versions Of Photoshop - just not working

Am using Zephyrus G14 and all versions of PS are slow, hang and ultimately crash - No matter how simple the file, or indeed just opening it.

Have disabled GPU, with no effect. Is there anything that works?

What versions have you tryed and what are your system specs?

Illustrator is open almost 24/7 and just about the same for Bridge and Photoshop
