Alpha Channel Videos Glitch with the latest version

I have project templates and those projects have some alpha channel videos. Some of my customers reported that with the latest update they can't render these videos anymore. When they try to play these scenes in the timeline, photoshop freezes. I dont have this bug tho.

It was working fine for them before the latest update. Those video files were rendered using photoshop.

Any ideas?
