alt click doesn't work when using a clone stamp

I have just bought a new MS Surface Book 2 and the Surface Pen. Had installed Photoshop and TabletPro/. it works ok in overall usage, but, a have a great problem using it in my Photoshop. When I use a stamp tool I need to use ALT button a lot. And, unfortunately, it doesn't work in photoshop correctly. Do you have a solution to this problem? thnx

It's been three months, so it likely worked for alionab19796065 . It doesn't work for me. And this issue has been cropping up for *FOUR* years now. You-all at Adobe need a prominent solution. I do not particularly like the idea of meandering the net and pulling down random drivers to see if it fixes the problem. It is a *lethal* problem.
