Alt-Click not working on Clone tool

Hello,

 

I have searched high and low online on how to resolve this issue with CC Photoshop's Clone tool Al-Click issue with no luck.  I have reset the tool, reset preferences, uninstalled and re-installed PS, did layers, changed keyboards, all not resolving this issue.  I use a PC with a AMD processor and Win10 OS.  and its latest version at 25.2.   

 

Please HELP!!!

    heres a photo of the interface with the clone source panel open, and a clip of what actually happens.  the Alt-click issue is also an issue with the healing brush.

    Please also include the Clone Source Panel in the screenshot.

      @Dino34226273c6a5 can you post a screenshot of the Photoshop interface with all the pertinent panels opened to highlight the issue.
