Alt + click on Curves icon does not record its parameters into action (24.4.1 – 24.6b)

(1) As my previous alert got zero replies, now included below is a video showing how when you Alt + click the Curves icon on the Adjusments panel, none of its parameters get recorded into the action...

I have tested this on PC Win 10 in PS 24.4.1 and 24.6 beta.

Please confirm as this is a medium/major bug for fans of efficient action recording — but maybe I'm the only one...?

(I've only tested with Curves, but I assume this goes for all adjustments that are Alt clicked)

(2) I'm also wondering if the Curves dialog jumping open is a newish feature or became as such by accident a few versions ago?

Although I prefer the old behavior, this I can still live with — it has its pros and cons, but it should at least record.
