Question

ALT SHIFT CTRL S not working

How to solve?

The operation could not be completed.

The system cannot find the path specified.

I saved it to a portable HD last time but I don't have that HD anymore, how do I reset it? Adobe's amateur systemic stupidity ... should when not finding a unit or directory go back to a standard directory now I'm here without being able to export to the Web

Hi @leonardon90053971 sorry to hear this.

Let's make sure we're in a default state and there are no stale settings somewhere:

Restore your preferences using this manual method:

https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/preferences.html#Manually

Does it work correctly?

If that doesn't solve it, you can quit Photoshop and put the Settings folder back.

It may help if we could see your Photoshop System Info. Launch Photoshop, and select Help >System Info...and copy/paste the text in a reply.

Thank you,

hi michelle, good morning

I usually save on the desktop, but the last time I ended up accidentally
recording on a disk drive that doesn't exist anymore, this error message
appears when I press ctrl+shift+alt+S it doesn't even open the export to
web screen (where I define jpg hi png photo quality and size) this print
error already appears (portuguese language brazil) and if I try to open the
menu also the same error

Hi!

What happens when you try to do a Save As and save it onto your desktop? Or in a different directory?

How did you open the file? Was it from the Hard Drive you are missing now? Or was it also saved somewhere else on your drive?

What version of Photoshop are you using?

Michelle
