AMD Adrenalin Shortcut Incompatibility

I've had a really big headache after installing a new GPU in the past weeks, because I found out most of the shortcut I was using were eaten from soemthing else before photoshop. I was not able to find this on any bug report, or any forum post on the adobe community so I am sharing it.

If you have an AMD GPU / CPU, and use adrenaline, and are facing similar issue, I suggest you open Adrenaline and change the default shortcut of said software for recording and other features.

IMPORTANT: if you are using windows, the shorcut get eaten even if the software is closed in your little taskbar on the right. This software is running in background the wholetime even if there are no icons showing it. A single process is sufficient and the shortcut get eaten anyway. Beware.
