Another RAW converter problem after the latest update

Last week, I wrote that I could no longer open the RAW converter with the new update. I finally linked the previous RAW converter to the current update, and then I was able to open CR2 files again.
Today, I noticed that even with the older converter, HEIC files won't open, or rather, the RAW converter won't open.
By the way, the files don't open any better if I load them onto drive C and start them from there.

1. Its called Adobe Camera Raw, not RAW Konverter! Its confusing when you are giving products your own, made up names rather than actual ones.

2. Below you can see list of file formats supported by Camera Raw, HEIC is not on that list, maybe becuse its not a raw?

How are you opening your files: through Bridge, through Photoshop, or some other way? Are you trying to open Adobe Camera Raw?

I partially resolved the issue with CR2 and the RAW converter last week, so I can at least work with it reasonably well again. This question concerns HEIC files that won't open with the RAW converter. I'm trying to open them in Explorer; it worked fine before the update.
