Anybody having issues with Ps and Lrc corrupting files?

I'm having issue with Lrc (v14.5.1) and PS (26.11). Both programs seem to be corrupting files after saving or exporting. Problem appears random.

Ps issue seems to appear after saving file. If I try to open Lrc file back in Ps, some or all of the colors change (corrupt)?

Im running win10 with i7 processor.

File corruption is always caused by failing hardware, no exception.

A very common cause is saving directly to external storage and/or over a network connection. Both carry high risk of corruption due to interface failure.

If not that, it may be a drive about to fail or bad RAM. You need to isolate the cause ASAP and until then be careful about resaving. Make sure your backups are in order.
