Apply the same effect to several layers individualy.

I have the following problem. I have several pictures, each one in a different layer and I want to apply the same effect to all pictures and then export each layer individually. The problem is that if I use an adjustment layer, the effect doesn't apply to the layers when I tell Photoshop to save each layer individually, and if I don't use an adjustment layer, then I have to manually apply the effect to each layer. Is there a way to copy an effect and paste it to every layer without resorting to adjustment layers? Or is there a way to keep the adjustment layer working when using layers to files?

You may want to look at some of Paul's script.  He has some Layer sever script the may have some features the nay be useful for you.

I believe Layers saver or layer saver plus can export layer to file where can can select some common layers you want included in all output saved files.  So an adjustment could be made common for all images.  His script were great but he stopped developing for Photoshop because of Adobe poor support fixing bugs in Photoshop scripting. So the Script are old and there may be some issues with dialog the scripts use Adobe changed ScriptUI in CC 2015. So the may be compatibility problems.

Adobe also has a script something like export layer to files .  Export Layer Comp to files.  Perhaps you could use layer comps for you different image views.  I have never use layer Comps so I do not  know what is involved they may be just for different views of your document.
