Arabic Transparent font is not working

it used to work in a previous “same version cc 2020” installation “photoshop”

but when i tried to work on the version after cc2020 and found out it wont work on my pc due to low specs 

i re-installed 2020 again to find out Arabic Transparent “and the other name typsetting” font not showing at all

tried to re-install the font again but nothing 

ps. it works fine on ms office “word”

    If you can’t even get the Arabic Typesetting font that ships with Windows 10 to show, i believe the problem is not with the fonts themselves.

     

    How many fonts do have on your system?

     

    Is Photoshop installed on your boot drive or another drive?

     

    Did you try running the FontTest.jsx script?

    i managed  to download typsetting and it worked 

    but the transparent i need it

    No the  Arabic Transparent fonts came from a Windows XP install that originally shipped with that font.

    The Arabic Typesetting font ships with Windows 10 so there should be no need to download it.

     

    Did you try a reset of the Photoshop preferences?

    yes i did nothing

    could you please give them to me the versions you have cause i tried the versions on websites

    Both the Arabic Typesetting and Arabic Transparent fonts show in Photoshop CS6, CC2021 and Photoshop 2026 (24.7) here on Windows 10 x64 22H2.

     

    The Arabic Typesetting font ships with Windows 10, however, when installing the Arabic Transparent font, did you Install for all users?

     

     

    I know you said you used those fonts before, but just a reminder that they are towards the bottom of the Font list in Photoshop.

     

    Maybe the Photoshop CC 2020 font cache needs to be reset:

    reset them but nothing i did all those steps long ago for over three years

    and i even reinstalled the photoshop but still

    they work on microsoft word but not on photoshop

    What version of Windows are you using

     

    Is this the font(s) your referring to?

    Often fonts for other languages are towards the bottom of the Font list in Photoshop.
