Arrow keys nudge different amounts

So for some reason, the up and left arrow keys nudge 2 pixels while the down and right arrow keys only nudge 1.  Any idea what might be causing this?

Was this ever resolved? I am experiencing the same issue. Left and right nudges do not match up.

Could you please post screenrecording taken at View > 100% with the pertinent Panels (Toolbar, Layers, Options Bar, …) visible?

    I use Shift + arrow keys mostly.

     

    Go to Image > Image Size.  What is the height, width and resolution of your image in pixels?

    Which operating system?

    Which version of Photoshop?
