Artboard missing! - Layers still visible! Right after Updating to Mac OS 14 Sonoma

I need some urgent help from any experts with Photoshop bugs.

All my photoshop files will not show my artboards but has the layers present. I can do a quick preview of it and see it on the desktop but not when I open the file so I can't edit anything. I restarted PS, restarted my laptop - it showed up but then when I moved a layer everything disappeared again. Restarted my laptop again and didn't work the second time now. 

I tried making a new file but the artboards wont show still.  I tried clicking different layers and nothing seems to work. This is really urgent and would appreciate any help because I have to finish a project by Thursday.  Photoshop is also up to date and so is my Mac as of today.
