Artifact appearance

There is some bug that appears during working with layers (applying some effects, text edit, etc.). It annoys much and won't let work even after changed are done. And I noticed that it repeats the background color of artboard but deactivation of native canvas in preferences won't help. Pls help to fix this trouble.
