Artifacts in 50% off all brushes since the 2026 update

Hi all, 

I have a robust brush collection and ever since the 2026 update about half of brushes that I use that I had installed previously or install new have strange artifact shapes that get added to them but ONLY in 2026 and 2027. When I go back to 2025 or 2022 those same exact brushes work completely normally. It's infurating. I tired resetting preferences, was on with support for hours and still no solution.  We updated my drivers, photoshop, windows, everything and no joy .

Has this happened to anyone else and how did you rectify?
