Auto blend not working

I’ve lined everything up and erased all the edges to where I need the item placed. Everytime I try to blend the layers it merges the bottom layer to being visible and merges the two in a terrible way. I tried to blend a different layer and it did the same. Both layers are RGB. I can’t think what else it could be, I’ve watched loads of tutorials and none of them show this

      I’ve lined up the layer myself and erased any additional areas that I don’t need. I press auto blend and it does this but I can’t find any additional things I can press to fix. (Add the blurred stickers in a different app for privacy of those in the photo)

      Did you use Auto Blend Layers after first using Auto Align Layers?

      What preset are you using, or are you leaving it set to Auto?

       

      Rather than your video, it would probably be easier to see what is going on with a full screen shot of your entire workspace showing layers panel. 

      Tell us what two layers you are trying to blend?

      What you are hoping the outcome to be?

      For good measure, Photoshop version and Operating System and version?
