Auto Expanding Text box created on indesign but not usable on photoshop

Question

I needed an auto expanding text box with drop shadow in both the text and the frame behind.
Illustrator was a blocker as doesn't supporter drop shadow on both the text and the frame. Using chatgpt I managed to create it on indesign. Unfortunately when placing the asset in the library for other designers to use, it didn't keep the effects.

So there are two options. Either make this option available for illustrator, or else the indesign asset keeps the effect and will be usuable on photoshop. (Images attached for reference)
