Automating integrating process character into background

Hi, i need to integrate different  cartoon-like characters into different photo-like backgrounds. The problem is in making same light and color balance on character part, like making sunset light effect on character. I can make different layer-masks, shadows, color balance, but i saw several quicker possibilities in photoshop:

1: neural filters are not working completely, tired of trying to fix this

2: camera raw filter with some ready-made types of lighting like cold lighting, warm shadows, natural lighting, but there are not enough options.

Are there any plugins or other ready-made filters like sunset light, dawn light or smthing like this to fit characters into different backgrounds?
