Best AI programs for real estate photographers that work in / with ps

John, we sold one of our rentals a few years back and did the process ourselves.  The property was empty, so we paid to have the property staged and they did an amazing job.    I used a couple of Bowens 250WS lights which filled the rooms with light making them bright and airy. The big lights also meant I could balance inside with the outside. When we went to the solicitors to hear the bids the biggest was well over NZ$100K more than we expected, and no realestate agent fees — which are crazy high in NZ!  It was a bit of work but totally worth it.

My experience is that people are looking for an “easy button” to spend less time on prepping the listing and getting the property online. AI tools are incredibly powerful, but they are not magic. They are another tool in your toolbelt. You’ll still need to understand how to create your workflow with photography to setup the ai to be successful and ultimately save your time. There is a good general IT rule that applies here - “Good data in, good data out.” or “Bad data in, bad data out.”
