Best AI programs for real estate photographers that work in / with ps

What are real estate photographers using to edit their real estate  images? Removing clutter, adding virtual furniture , everything that real estate agents are  wanting

    I would hope they rely on good camera skills or hire someone who has them. Remove the clutter before you take the picture, and stage the house if the rooms are empty.

     

    This is not the best place to ask about “best AI programs”, and we don’t really have any information about what real estate agents want. You might get better answers about what other agents are doing on a forum for real estate agents. A quick Google search brought up several possibilities.

    If I discovered that a real estate agent was using AI to change images of a prospective purchase, i would walk away.

    Maybe not AI, but may real estate photo galleries have “Staging”, where 3D models are dropped into a Matterport shot. I bought a new home a couple years ago, and the listing showed empty rooms, but laughably fake furniture on the patio.

    While I was in the market, I kept seeing the same tables and chairs in the listing galleries over and over again

      Have you tried the included features of Photoshop?

      Generative AI, remove, etc.?

      I have, and do not always get the results that I am looking for.  Some of the AI programs for real estate photographers I am seeing are collov ai, autoenhance ai, fotella, video tour ai, and a few others. Mixed reviews on most.

      My experience is that people are looking for an “easy button” to spend less time on prepping the listing and getting the property online. AI tools are incredibly powerful, but they are not magic. They are another tool in your toolbelt. You’ll still need to understand how to create your workflow with photography to setup the ai to be successful and ultimately save your time. There is a good general IT rule that applies here - “Good data in, good data out.” or “Bad data in, bad data out.”
