Best Photoshop export settings for sharp website images with a small file size

Hello,

I am preparing service and before-and-after images for my website:

The images look sharp inside Photoshop, but after exporting and uploading them, some appear slightly blurred or have large file sizes.

What Photoshop workflow would you recommend for website images?

I would particularly like advice on:

- Recommended image dimensions
- JPEG, PNG, or WebP format
- Export quality settings
- Converting images to sRGB
- Sharpening before export
- Keeping the file size low without noticeable quality loss
