Best Plugin or Texture Pack to Mimic 240 GSM Cotton Fabric in Photoshop for T-shirt Mockups

I’m currently working on a T-shirt mockup in Photoshop and would like to realistically replicate the look and feel of 240 GSM cotton fabric. I'm looking for either:

A Photoshop plugin that simulates high-quality cotton textures
Or a realistic texture pack (preferably seamless and high-res) that can be overlaid on the T-shirt design.
Would love to hear your recommendations on the best way to achieve a soft, woven cotton effect, particularly for white and solid-colored tees. Also, any tips on blending modes or masking techniques to make it look natural are much appreciated!
