BEX64 Error PhotoShop CC 2019

This continually happens where either my photoshop completely closes or freezes and forces me to restart my laptop. It happens either completely randomly and always happens when I try to add a second image. I think it might be something to do with my RAM but I have 16 GB. My laptop is the ROG GL553VE and I'm on windows 10. Here is what the error message says:

I have only the 1 week free trial of Photoshop and am incredibly disappointed so far. Can someone help me out

Hi

Fault Module Name: nvoglv64.dll is related to your GPU driver, have you tried updating the driver from here

I downloaded it an hour ago to try and fix the errors but it didn't seem to have any effect. My drivers are definitely up to date.
