Black Save or Save As dialog box when attempting to save 1.17 gb file

New problem in past week

Running PhotoShop 25.4.0 on MacBook Pro 64 gb RAM MacOS Sonora 14.2.1

After compositing a 1.17 gb file trying to save or save as the saving dialog box opens completely black with no frame or text. Able to save smaller jpg which where open simultaneously for compositing. Tried selecting parts of the large file copy and paste to new document. Flattened and still could not solve. Large document is 20496 px w x 20511 px h. Get nothing in the black dialog box at all so cannot choose any formats or options. This is the third compositing attempt. Getting faster at that part each time. Still have to start from scratch. Updated to let PhotoShop use 62238 100% of available RAM.
