Is there a document anywhere on Adobe's web site where I can find the exact correspondance between Blend modes names from English to French?

Bonjour, je ne connais pas de document de traduction des termes sur le site Adobe, cela pourrait être une ressource utile.

Voici deux sites qui listent des traductions de différentes parties de Photoshop:

https://www.photoshoplus.fr/traductions-photoshop-cc-autres/

et https://www.blog-insideout.com/photoshop-traduction-anglais-francais/

Merci beaucoup!! I was experimenting with the equations for the Blend mode "Screen" and I could not explain the results I was getting in the "French" version of Photoshop because I was under the impression that Screen is "Éclaircir", in French when it is actually, as I found out with everyone's kind help, that it is "Superposition". Now, I don't find the chose French word all that meaningful but it's a compromise since they also have the Blend mode "Lighten" which litterally translates by "Éclaircir". So "Superposition" may make some sense.

Yes, In fact, they should be listed in the same order...

I don't see a side by side translation, but this should work.

Here are the blending modes in French:

https://helpx.adobe.com/fr/photoshop/using/blending-modes.html

And the same document in English:

Hi

In addition to what @gener7 said,

Note that the French version has fr/ where the English version has no equivalent language code.

As I understand it, when folks use the link without a language, it converts automatically. So if I am correct, clicking

https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/blending-modes.html by someone in France will go to the French page.

If that happens, it may possibly need an en/ to force the American English version. This might work:

https://helpx.adobe.com/en/photoshop/using/blending-modes.html

I can't test that since I live in the U.S., but have seen uk/ on links posted by ACPs in the U.K., so this should work for British English.
