Botão da expansão generativo intangível/não pode ser clicado

Eu precisava expandir uma imagem para um projeto, e resolvi usar a ferramenta de expansão generativo da adobe, mas quando uso a ferramenta recorte, não consigo clicar no botão de Expansão generativa, ele está intangível, inclicável, opaco... Como se alguma circunstância me impedisse de usar a ferramenta, mas não sei qual.

Hey, @H3itorPro. Welcome to the Photoshop Community. I'll move this post to discussions. I'll need more info to help you figure this out. Please share the system info from Photoshop Help > System info > Copy and paste into a text document > upload and attach here.

Do any other features work as expected, like Generative Fill or Edit > Generate Image?

In this case, you can begin by resetting the Crop tool itself. Right-click on the Type Tool icon in the Toolbar menu and select Reset Tool.
