Bounding Box Problem

I've used Photoshop for well over a year now and everytime I've used it if I select a picture or something it always had the bounding appear without having to do (CRTL+T) and then I reset my PC to make it run faster and ever since it hasn't done that without me needing to do (CRTL+T). I was wondering if there's any possible way I could get it back to how it was before by chance if someone could help, I've tried (SHIFT+CRTL+B) and it didn't work and when I go to view there's nothing that says "Show bounding box" so I don't really know what else to do.
