Question

Brush Cursor Flickering Back to Normal Laptop Cursor

I've been browsing through this forum trying to find a solution to this problem, but haven't succeeded. My brush keeps reverting back to my regular laptop cursor and won't allow me to draw/paint/use my brush. I've tried resetting my tools, updating my tablet and checking my stylus sensitivity, but haven't had any luck. Sorry if this is an obvious fix, but I'm genuinely stumped and haven't found anything that might help me.

Also! Working on Windows 11, Photoshop CC, Huion Kamvas 22. I forgot to include that in my original posting.

Hey, @Maya3552533877cw. Welcome to the Photoshop Community. Thanks for adding the video; it helps. I'll move this post to discussions. Please share the system info from Photoshop Help > System info > Copy and paste into a text document > upload and attach here.

There are other conversations like this that might help you. Here are a few things you can try:

1 - Go to Edit > Preferences > Cursors > Set Painting Cursor to Standard or Precise and Other Cursors to Precise.

Also, the cursor changes in just part of the image canvas does this happen with all the documents?

Let me know how it goes. Thanks!
