Brush rename bug in Ps CC?

When reviewing Photoshop brushes I have stored in my CC library, in Photoshop 2023, I tried to rename these brushes, but the first right-click attempt to rename, while LOOKING like it was ready for input (by enabling the text field and highlighting text for that brush, it WAS not editable. I observed that typing was just switching tools via keyboard shortcuts. After right-clicking again, it did allow me to rename. This is happening consistently, however...each time i try to rename a brush in my CC library.

Anyone else experiencing this?

    Update - rename only works correctly when you select the actual (visual) thumnail render (not the block entry/text itself). Not sure if this is intentional.
