Brush, Rotation, and Selection Tools Acting Erratically in PS

Hi,

Got a very frustrating problem, several time per day PS goes crazy and for example: roatation tool shakes when i want to rotrate, brush goes with random strokes, selection tool goes random too, only PS restart helps, but I dont want to restart every 30 min... can't figure out whats going on. Anyone?

Could you share a few more details about the issue you're seeing? What version of Photoshop are you using? And if you're able to record a quick screen capture of the problem, that would really help us get a better idea of what’s going on.

As a first step, you might also want to try resetting your Photoshop preferences, that often clears up unusual behavior.
