Brush Shape Dynamics error

I'm using Photoshop2023, Windows10 OS

I didn't want the tablet pen to be delayed, so I cleared the window ink check, and put the command [#UseWinTab UseSystemStylus 0] in the Photoshop setting folder.

So the tablet pen pressure works well, but the brush shape dynamic setting is not working well.

Even if I turn off the Photoshop brush shape dynamic setting, the brush size keeps decreasing as it goes to the end.
I want to use a brush with no shape dynamic and only transfer, what should I do?

I'm using Wacom Intuos 5
