Brush tool and Place image causing black flickering screen

Photoshop brush tool and Illustrator place image causing my sreen flickering black from the bottom. All other tools are working fine. But only these two tools are causing the same problem. I am using photoshop 2021 and Illustrator 2023. My device details: ASUS 1035G1 Intel Core-i5, 10 Gen, 8 GB Ram and 512 GB SSD. I have Integrated Intel UHD GPU installed on my laptop.

I am facing the same problem, i have same configurations , tried to download the newest drivers but it didn't work. Idk what to do.

If you have only an integrated GPU, then that's likely the root of the problem. Most integrated GPUs nowadays are not sufficient for a smooth experience in Photoshop. Another potential issue is having only 8GB of RAM, which is just enough for basic functionality.
