Brushes all round, 1 brush stroke creates more than a dozen strokes

Hello, thank you in advance for reading!

Problem 1: Direct x 12 required and it is installed but it still shows up as a problem even though my GPU can support it.

Problem 2: My brushes look all the same in the general brushes I cannot have something else than a big round tip.

Problem 3: 1 brush stroke can result in fifty brush strokes going in different diagonals.

Problem 4: When clicking zoom in once it zooms out exactly to 0,45%

Problem started 3 days ago when I changed to Photoshop 23
