Brushes changed again

How do I customize and edit brushes now? Photoshop changed again and now I can't edit shape, bristles, length, thickness, or stiffness. It used to be in Brush tip shape, but it's not their anymore and it's not anywhere else.

Toggle Brush Settings Panel (see screenshot). Click on Shape Dynamics.

It's not in shape dynamics, only the jitter controls.
