Brushes do not rotate and tilt in Photoshop

when i use the brushes munch brush by kyle t. webster, the brushes do not rotate and tilt as shown in the tutorial by kyle t. webster (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1L9KA65Y1rw), although i rotate and tilt my wacom pen. i use a wacom . does anyone know any advice?

Hi Marcel,

 

That shouldn't be happening, could you please let us know the version of Photoshop and the Operating System you're working on?

Have you recently updated Wacom's drivers or Photoshop?
