BSOD analysis
Hello, I have problems with Photoshop since I remember. It doesn't depent on the program version. The program works good about a couple of minutes but suddenly it freezes and the BSOD appears. All drivers are updated. Windows 10 is up to date.
I have:
Ryzen 7 2700X, 3.7GHz, 16 MB
X570 Phantom Gaming 4
GeForce RTX 3060
Straight Power 11 650W
DDR4 Goodram 16GB 3200MHz CL16
My system can't make z dump file. I was trying to analize the problem with ProcMon, but finally I am using WinDbg.
And it says:
ntdll!NtTerminateProcess+0x14
ntdll!RtlExitUserProcess+0xb8
KERNEL32!ExitProcessImlementation+0xb
ucrtbase!exit_or_terminate_process+0x44
ucrtbase!common_exit+0x6f
Photoshop!boost::archive::codecvt_null,wchar_t>::do_max_lenght+0x1cdb54
KERNEL32!BaseThreadInitThunk+0x14
ntdll!RtlUserThreadStart+0x21
0x29c4 0x0 Photoshop!boost::archive::codecvt_null<wchar_t>::do_max_length+0x1cdb60 (00007ff6c0127ae0)
BSOD says KERNEL_INTERNAL_ERROR.
rspndu.sys is a problem.
