BUG da tela branca na prancheta ( nada resolveu)

olá pessoal, venho vendo inúmeras reclamações sobre panchetas estarem com bug branco aparecendo na tela, seja usando pincel ou somente dando zoom e tirando, a empresa realmente não fará nada sobre ?
esse problema vem se arrastando a anos, porém a mensalidade vai indo que é uma beleza.
Já tentei de todas as maneiras, desativando GPU, deixando apenas CPU, desativando todas Tecnologias como varios tutoriais relatam, atualizar Driver Nvidia Studio/game Ready, nada, absolutamente nada resolveu, alguem Dev dessa maravilhosa empresa consegue resolver esse problema que ao meu ver ja ta em mais de 80% dos seus usuários?

This issue is not reproducible on our end, but we’d like to investigate it further. Could you help us with a few details?

1. Please go to Help > System Info in Photoshop, copy the information into a text file and attach it here.

2. The make and model of your monitor. How the monitor is connected (USB-C, Thunderbolt, DisplayPort, HDMI). The resolution and refresh rate of your monitor.

3. CPU, GPU, and RAM details (make and model).

4. What other applications are running when this issue occurs?

5. Does this happen when working on a specific file, while using a particular tool, or after performing a particular action?

With these details, we’ll be able to investigate the problem further and identify the root cause. Let us know, and we’ll do our best to assist!
