bug herramientas photoshop

Tras la última actualización, Photoshop falla: la barra de herramientas muestra solo algunas opciones. Cambiar el espacio de trabajo no lo soluciona. También probé renombrar la carpeta PHSP 26 a 26.old, pero sigue igual. ¿Cómo puedo corregirlo?

    Could you please post screenshots including the pertinent Panels and Options Bar to illustrate which settings you are missing? 

     

    What have you done for all-purpose trouble-shooting so far?

    Restoring Preferences after making sure all customized presets like Actions, Patterns, Brushes etc. have been saved might be a good starting point:
