Bug of copying Locked layer. Photoshop Please fix it :)

It's simple and I do use this often. Problem: So when I lock a layer, and then I want to copy a layer below this locked layer (using Alt+ Mouse Drag for quick copy) it copies the locked layer, instead of a layer that I want.

I think photoshop should bypass the locked layers, when copying things directly on the canvas.

I cannot reproduce this. The locked layer is left alone and the underlying layer correctly copied.

 

Try to reset preferences. Corrupt preferences can cause unpredictable behavior that often looks like application bugs.
