Bug of repeatedly creating temporary files

After opening a  file（psd）, it will repeatedly create multiple temporary files until the temporary drive is filled. Then an error message shows that the file cannot be opened because the temporary storage drive is full.
1. Only one file has this issue, while the other files can be opened normally
2. The temporary storage disk has sufficient space
May I ask how to solve this problem？

Hi, could you tell us the size of the file you're experiencing the issue with? Also, please go to the Help menu in Photoshop, then System info and copy the text. You can either paste the text as a reply here or in a text file and share that file with us.
