Question

Bug Photoshop

Hello,

I'd like to report a bug. I saved my file and closed it. When I tried to open it again, an error message appeared, saying the file isn't compatible with the version of Photoshop. I used version 2025 and have the beta version installed, and I get the same error in both. I've had problems this year with InDesign; Adobe tried everything to fix it, but it wasn't possible. And now, again, an error in another application. These errors have been constant; I've had to redo other projects because of them. I need a solution.

Did you save to an internal drive, external local drive or over the network to a server or NAS?

The file was saved on my computer, on the internal HD.

Hi, thanks for the information!

Please go to the Help menu in Photoshop, then System Info, and copy the text. You can share the info with us by either pasting it as a reply here or in a text file and sharing the file with us.

What file format are you saving the files in? Would you be willing to share a sample file with us to test?

Thanks,
Nikunj
