Bug Report: Incorrect Image Pasted Using Windows Key + V in Photoshop

I've been noticing a small bug in Photoshop on Windows for quite some time. When I press Windows key + V to paste an image from the clipboard history, Photoshop sometimes pastes the wrong image—not the image I selected from the history, but the one before or after it. Whereas what I clicked should have been pasted...

This happens in many versions of Photoshop and causes confusion. Please fix this issue in a future update.

Hey, @Abhishek Ravi. Thanks for posting this. I'll need more information to help you figure this out. Please share a video of the issue and the system info from Photoshop Help > System info > Copy and paste into a text document > Upload and attach here.

I've tried to recreate this, but I couldn't recreate it exactly. Could you share a video of your workflow to showcase the exact behavior?

Also, please test and confirm if the issue exists with Photoshop (Beta). You can get Photoshop (beta) from the Creative Cloud > Apps tab > Beta Apps section.

Thanks!
