[BUG] Transparency while trying to colour in selection

Apologies if this has been fixed  already,

So I have this bug where I have this transparent colouring everytime I try to paint on a selected area or anytime I try to work whether be it erasing or drawing on any area etc. (see video for reference)

I have already uninstalled re-installed, factory reset all settings, and it still persists.

My PC specs are :

- AMD Ryzen 9 5900X

- RTX 3090

- 32 GB RAM
