Question

Bugs on guides and tool menu when in full screen with menu bar

MacOS Sonoma 14.1

Adobe Photoshop 2024 25.1.0

When I work in full screen with menu bar mode I can't drag vertical guides from the left ruler and/or choose secondary tools keeping clicked on the tool to choose the others. I have to go on standard screen mode. Very annoying...

To switch to "Full screen mode with menu bar" on macOS Sonoma, you need to create a different workspace.
Please refer to this to create a workspace like this.

Make sure "X" is displayed on the toolbar.

If you switch to Full screen mode with menu bar...

If "X"  is displayed on the toolbar, you should be able to use the tool.

You should also be able to use the guide normally.

Yes thank you, it is similar, but my toolbar doesn't disappear as shown in the gif, it just is like... unclickable. You click on tools and nothing happens until you exit full screen with tool bar mode. It was the same with Sonoma 14.0 as it is now with 14.1

@sergiobertani take a look at this thread, it could be related to the issue you have with the tool bar, there's a workaround mentioned in the second post if indeed that is the case
