Question

camera raw 18.2 can't run in intel b390 gpu

I am using a B390 GPU computer with system version Win11, PS version 2023, and camera raw version 18.2. PS can recognize my B390 GPU normally, but the camera cannot recognize it and prompts no GPU. Due to an error, graphics acceleration has been disabled and the graphics processor has encountered an unrecoverable error. Due to a runtime error, GPU acceleration has been disabled in the remaining sessions. May I ask how to solve this?

I can’t see anything immediately wrong, although I may be missing something since I don’t read Chinese.

I do see that the GPU driver is 4 months old, so try to update that. Also I see you’re still on PS 27.0. Update to 27.4. Yes, I know the problem is ACR and not PS, but there might be something in the interface between them.

Other than that, I’d just go back to scratch as far as possible. Aside from a complete removal of the settings folder (so a new one can be built), I’d probably uninstall/reinstall.

Extend that to the GPU driver. I’m not familiar with Intel GPUs, but if there is an option for a clean install, removing the old driver completely, choose that.

    @seer5E81 @D Fosse

    Adobe Photoshop 版本: 24.7.0 20230719.r.643 efe3886  x64

As I see in the system info it’s Photoshop 24.7 installed.

As @D Fosse wrote please install the latest update and actualize already your graphic device driver and check.

I have installed the latest WHQL and can still reproduce this issue. I am currently sending a support ticket to Intel to inquire about this issue. Thank you for your response.

Then you need to post the full Help > System Info from Photoshop. It lists the complete GPU configuration and maybe we can spot something there.

Try this, scroll down to section 7 (“Check and delete the TempDisableGPU3 or TempDisableGPU2 files”):

In a first step try to reset the ACR preferences.

If this doesn’t help try the following steps:

Locate the Camera Raw GPU Config.txt file.

    • (macOS) /Users/[user name]/Library/Application Support/Adobe/CameraRaw/GPU/Adobe Photoshop Lightroom Classic/Camera Raw GPU Config.txt
    • (Windows) \Users\[user name]\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\CameraRaw\GPU\Adobe Photoshop Lightroom Classic\Camera Raw GPU Config.txt

Manually delete the Camera Raw GPU Config.txt file.

    Be aware :

On macOS, the user Library folder is hidden by default in macOS X 10.7 and later releases. Use the directions here.
On Windows, the AppData folder may be hidden. To view the hidden folder on Windows 10, open File Explorer and from the top menu bar, select View and enable the checkbox for hidden items in Show/hide section. For Windows 11 users, open File Explorer and from the top menu bar, select View > Show > Hidden items.

If this also doesn’t help see here Adobe Camera Raw graphics processor (GPU) FAQ and troubleshooting and follow the appropriate steps.
