camera raw crash

My camera raw suddenly cannot be opened, prompting "Camera Raw Graphics Acceleration Is Not Supported By Your System". So I found TempDisableGPU 2 in %APPDATA%\Adobe\CameraRaw\GPU and deleted it and restarted Photoshop, but even following this adobe photoshop 2024 crashes and creates two files - Camera Raw GPU Config.txt and TempDisableGPU 2
Tried multiple times to delete both files but Photoshop crashes when opening RAW file
I have tried changing the driver or uninstalling Photoshop or camera raw, but still no effect
lightroom can be used normally
GPU: RTX2070 8G

    @c.pfaffenbichler I'd imagine the RTX 2070 8GB should be well capable for Photoshop
