Camera Raw editing is not enabled when trying to open raw file in Camera Raw

Hi all,

I have a licensed copy of Photoshop, 24.5.0.

I have two versions of Bridge, 12.0.4 and 13.0.3 as there are some bugs in 13.0.3

When I select "open in camera raw" in Bridge 13, I get the above message. I do not get that message in Bridge 12, it works as it should.

Of course I can open the file by selecting "open with Photoshop" but the other option should work. It also does not work if I open Bridge from within Photoshop. 

How do I resolve this?
